Khoai tây gọt vỏ, cắt thanh dài, ngâm vào nước có pha 1 muỗng cà phê muối khoảng 5 phút. Vớt khoai tây ra, rửa sạch lại với nước.
Hành tây cắt mỏng. Đậu que tước sơ, cắt hạt lựu.
Làm nóng chảo dầu ăn, rửa sạch thịt ba chỉ, để ráo, cho vào chảo chiên vàng giòn, nhỏ lửa. Gắp thịt ba chỉ ra, để nguội, cắt thành miếng vừa ăn.
Đun sôi nồi nước, cho lần lượt đậu que, khoai tây vào, luộc chín. Vớt cả 2 ra, để ráo nước.
Cho thịt ba chỉ, khoai tây, đậu que, hành tây, ớt cắt nhỏ, 1 muỗng canh nước cốt chanh, 2 muỗng canh sốt mayonnaise, 1/2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê đường trắng, ngò rí rửa sạch vào tô lớn. Đeo bao tay nilon, trộn đều cho ngấm gia vị.
