Cho tất cả 400 ml nước dùng gà, 30 ml nước tương Nhật, 30 ml rượu Mirin, 10g đường và muối vào nồi. Đun lửa nhỏ cho sôi, sau đó cho hỗn hợp 1 muỗng canh bột năng và 30 ml nước vào khuấy đều, đập 4 quả trứng nhẹ nhàng vào, sao cho hỗn hợp trứng vẫn còn cái màng nổi lên trên.
Cho cơm trắng vào tô, gắp từng miếng gà chiên giòn lên trên, chan sốt trứng và trang trí vài lá rau mùi. Món này bạn dùng khi nóng nhé.
